Evans to Serve as Technical Program Co-Chairman for 2004 IEEE DSP & Signal Processing Education Workshops WNCG professor Brian L. Evans is serving as the technical program co-chair for the 2004 IEEE DSP Workshop and 2004 IEEE Signal Processing Education Workshop. The 2004 workshops will be colocated August 1-4, 2004, in Taos, New Mexico. These workshops are held every other year. The DSP workshop is designed to unite top researchers from around the world to discuss novel signal processing theories and methods. The SPE workshop is devoted to discussions on novel theories and methods for signal processing education. Both workshops will feature plenary speakers from prominent individuals in the signal processing community as well as technical sessions for presenting contributed papers. The Techinal Program Committee is anticipating about 100 papers and 140 attendees at the workshops, and the call for papers will be released in September 2003. |
