Eshar Ben-Dor Awarded Best TA

Eshar Ben-Dor, a graduate student of Prof. Ted Rappaport, was recently named ‘Best TA’ at the Engineering Advisory Council and Graduation Banquet on April 8, 2010. The award selection was based on a student vote and presented by student representatives of IEEE and HKN. Eshar extended his thanks to “every professor, staff member, TA, and student with whom he has joined in the experience of undergraduate education.” He joked, “Grading is the least fun part of a teaching assistantship. Can someone in information theory work on an algorithm for evaluating performance some other way?”
