Visiting WNCG
WNCG is located on the 4th floor of the Engineering Sciences Building (ENS) at UT’s campus. WNCG is a academic research facility and is not able to accommodate visits from the general public. Scheduled visitors should report to ENS 431 – turn right off the main elevators and through the double glass doors. Here is a pdf of the area.
Employees of our affiliate companies who wish to visit our labs should contact their company’s affiliate member.

Directions to PG1 (parking garage 1) fromAustin-Bergstrom International Airport
- From the airport, head west on Hwy. 71.
- Take the US 183 North ramp. Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
- Merge onto Airport Boulevard.
- Turn left onto Manor Road. This road will curve slightly to the right and become 26th Street, also known as Dean Keeton Street when you enter the campus area (west of I-35).
- Go thru the light at Red River.
- Go thru the light at Medical Arts/Robert Dedman and get in the left lane.
- Turn left onto San Jacinto and park in the garage on the left.
From I-35
- Take the exit for 26th St or Manor Rd.
- Proceed west on Dean Keeton St. (26th St.)
- Turn left at the third light onto San Jacinto
- Turn left into the parking garage (PG1); it is located before the intersection of San Jacinto and 24th St.
- Directions from the parking garage to ENS building are located below; it is approximately a 7 - 10 minute walk.
From Mopac
- Take the Windsor Road exit.
- Proceed east on Windsor Road; it will become 24th St.
- Turn left onto Guadalupe (If you follow 24th St. straight into campus, you will be stopped at the guard booth and redirected to Dean Keeton.)
- Turn right onto Dean Keeton (26th St.)
- Turn right onto San Jacinto
- Turn left into the parking garage (PG1); it is located before the intersection of San Jacinto and 24th St.
- Directions from the parking garage to ENS building are located below; it is approximately a 7 - 10 minute walk.
Directions from the parking garage to ENS (walking)
- Turn left when exiting the garage and cross San Jacinto at the crosswalk. Proceed west along 24th Street.
- You will see the orange brick W.R. Woolririch Laboratories (WRW) on your right.
- Once you pass WRW, turn right into the center of the engineering complex. You will see the pink brick six-story ENS building directly in front of you.
