Sandy Saab

Graduate Student Sandy Saab joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin in 2018. She received her B.Eng. in Computer and Communication Engineering from Notre Dame University (NDU) and M.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 2016 and 2018, respectively. She interned at Alfa Telecommunication (managed by Orascom) in 2015 and worked as a teaching assistant for the communications laboratory at AUB. She worked as a research assistant on Efficient RF Wake-Up and Charging of IoT Devices and on RF Energy Harvesting in the Dept. of Wireless Communications at AUB. Her current research interests include antenna design for future wireless communication systems, MIMO and optimization.
